All of the data collected in the field is recorded each day as part of the central response monitoring department and checked based on the following criteria:
- QUANTITY
- STRUCTURE (locations, points, list of addresses, quota, random selection)
- QUALITY (considerations of form and content)
- EVALUATION of the interviewer performance
- Continous provision of updates

Our Central Return department is responsible for the daily collection of data collected in the field. It allows us to clarify problems directly, to document errors and to remedy them by retraining the interviewers. Through ongoing contact with our interviewers and the constant exchange with all departments, we can offer you a high-quality data collection.
