Our training department is responsible for the quantitative (currently approx. 2000 active face-to-face interviewers) and qualitative standards of our team of interviewers.
Through a three-phase model (application, initial training and development phase) new applicants learn about the work of an interviewer and are familiarised with internal procedures. The training programme includes individual training sessions and project-related instructions so that the knowledge and skills of the interviewers are constantly expanded on a practical basis. Written and media-related training material is provided to support the training activities.
